The Director of Development is responsible for leading Puente’s development program and working with the Board Development committee. The Director of Development will hold many details of the Puente fundraising program but will focus on building robust major and individual gifts programs. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining active and productive relationships with board members, donors, program participants, volunteers and staff.
